An agreement between the National Agency for Employment and Independent Work and the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills in the Kingdom of Morocco has been signed on Tuesday in Tunis during a Work session held in the presence of the Minister of Youth, Sports and Acting Professional Integration, Siham Ayadi and the Moroccan Minister of Labor and Professional Integration, Mohamed Amkraz.
This agreement aims to exchange expertise and experiences between the two countries in the field of employment promotion, the development of entrepreneurship and openness on other experiences on the African continent.
The agreement was signed by the Director-General of the National Employment Agency, Ferihan Bousoflaa and the Acting Director General of the Moroccan National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills, Yahya Akash have signed this agreement.
The two officials presented a brief overview of the strategies and methodologies of work in the employment agencies in Tunisia and Morocco, which are mainly based on the principle of digitization of the services provided to the jobseekers, to persons who wish to work for their own account and business leaders. It is also the training of human resources and the improvement of their employability.
Under this agreement, both parties undertake to support South-South cooperation in the field of employment through twinning agreements between the employment services in the field operating in both countries to develop methodologies accompanying job seekers, in addition to the organization of common exhibitions and fairs in the field of employment promotion and private initiative and the exchange of experiences and expertise in many areas , in particular, the development of programs and mechanisms for employment assistance.
On this occasion, the Acting Minister of Youth, Sports and Professional Integration emphasized the secular cooperation relations between the two countries in the field of vocational training and employment, affirming The willingness of its department to further strengthen this cooperation in the areas of youth and sports. For its part, the Moroccan Minister of Labor and Professional Integration has reviewed the characteristics of the employment strategy in his country, stressing that this agreement will further strengthen bilateral cooperation
