Hasna Ben Slimane, government spokesman and Minister of Justice, denied, at the Assembly of People’s Representatives, the information that the ARP received applications for lifting the Parliamentary immunity from some members for financial corruption cases.
She added that the requests received by the ARP Office concern criminal cases including defamation, road accidents, customs or tax offenses or litigation with independent public institutions.
Hasna Ben Slimane also pointed out that some of these cases were classified.
