Tunisia and South Korea signed, this Wednesday, in Tunis, a loan agreement of 60 million dollars (the equivalent of 170 million dinars) dedicated to the project “cadastral data management system in Tunisia” (TLIS ). Tunisia obtained this loan on favorable terms (with an interest rate of 0.15% over 40 years, including a grace period of 10 years), indicates the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Promotion. The Tlis project is part of the policy of digitization, electronic governance and “open data”. It will improve the management of land capital, in particular, through the creation of an integrated national database and the development of the services of the office of topography and cadastre. It will also help reduce the costs of services provided to citizens.

This agreement was signed, remotely, by the Minister of Economy, Finance and Investment Promotion, Ali Kooli and the Executive Director of the Korean Import and Export Bank, Bang Moon-Hyu. , in the presence of the Minister of Equipment, Housing and Land Affairs, Kamel Eddoukh and the Ambassador of South Korea in Tunisia.
