The investigative judge in the third office of the permanent military court in Tunis decided to refuse to release Seifeddine Makhlouf in the case in which he was accused of harming the morale of the army following a serious dispute between him and a military judge at the court’s headquarters and accusing the army of a coup.
The military investigative judge issued a prison deposit card against Seifeddine Makhlouf in what was known as the airport raid case. Social networking Facebook after issuing prison deposit cards in what was known as the case of the Quranic school in Reguab (in the governorate of Sidi Bouzid) in which terrible practices against students were exposed, to the extent of forcing them to eat worms and beating them under the pretext of teaching them how to wage jihad.
The research also revealed that some of them were sexually assaulted by the school teacher, who was sentenced to 30 years in prison after his conviction was proven.
It was also found that the children were demagogized and urged to wage jihad, while it was found that the owner of the school was married in a customary manner to a teacher working there.
