The Secretary-General of the Republican People’s Union, Lotfi Mraihi, considered in a blog post published today, Friday, September 17, 2021, that “all the ministers responsible for the ministries from the time of Mechichi and continued after his resignation, have no place and they are outside the law, and all their actions are null because the government is a unity that falls because of the resignation of its president.
Mraihi said, “As long as they were not re-assigned under new orders, they have become, since the resignation of their president, without capacity, and they are actually and legally resigned.”
Mraihi added that everything issued by them amounts to impersonation and the wages and privileges they receive have no legal justification.”
