Abir Moussi, president of the Free Constitutional Party, revealed the content of the meeting she had with The Secretary General of the Tunisian General Labour Union Noureddine Taboubi on Friday evening (September 10th, 2021), noting that her bloc was not opposed to the idea of dissolving parliament in constitutional frameworks and under the tent of the working organization.
Moussi explained that the goal is to rebuild the state and address dark scenarios that serve only the Brotherhood and their allies as described.
She stressed that the party will not allow the entry of the state into a dark tunnel and pass to the state under any cover, nor will it allow Ghannouchi to play the role of victim and present himself as a legitimate authority overturned on it.

Ghassan Ksibi , media officer for the Tunisian General Labour Union (UGTT), revealed in a blog post on his Facebook page on Friday evening that the union’s secretary general Noureddine Taboubi had gathered with The Free Constitutional Party president Abir Moussa, who was accompanied by a number of party leaders, saying that the meeting could be described as important.
“We have approached the headquarters of the Tunisian General Labour Union (UGTT) to facilitate the mission of President Kais Saied to dissolve parliament within constitutional frameworks and call for early elections in the legal terms,” she said.
On Friday, the Tunisian General Labour Union (UGTT) called for the formation of a mini-government that will be consistent as soon as possible, consisting of national competencies that are not concerned with the upcoming elections,
which will have a clear task and must be given confidence for a limited period.
In a document issued today, entitled “Proposals for the development of a practical framework for the management of the future period”, the Department of Studies and Documentation proposed, at the political level, and as soon as possible, a time limit for the end of the special phase and the identification and explanation of the exceptional measures and the final decision on the fate of the People’s Assembly, which has been frozen since July 25 th.
