Society cannot develop before it goes through the stage of state capitalism.
The pre-capitalist state has no ability to advance society which, at this stage, does not reach the state of capitalist construction of institutions, so its layers and categories are distorted and it is incomplete in construction. Besides, the mediation groups between the global financial metropolis and local institutions have the most influence on the economic level as they get shares of the representation of world capital.
Transforming the state from an apparatus linked to the interests of that class and the classes linked to it and its servants, into a capitalist apparatus capable of production and providing an objective framework for the formation of a fully-built bourgeoisie and a working class with clear interests, will lead to a developed society capable of historical progress and action, and hence the transformation from a state serving the interests of a narrow group to the state of the larger group, one that represents the interests of society in its historical confrontation for progress.
The main task of the progress forces must be transformed into the capitalization of the state and society.
