The draw for the next African Cup of Nations (CAN) took place, this Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at the Palais des congrès in Yaoundé, capital of Cameroon, host country of this edition from January 9 to February 6, 2022.
The draw, which should initially take place last June, has been postponed to this date, due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The 24 teams qualified for the final phase were divided into six groups. Tunisia, which is part of the first hat, has inherited a group (F) within reach, which includes Mali, Mauritania and Gambia.
