Assistant Attorney General and Spokesman for the Courts of Monastir and Mahdia Farid Ben Juha told jdd Tunisie on Friday evening, September 17, 2021 that the Public Prosecutor’s Office in Monastir authorized today the retention of the head of a charity in the party belonging to one of the well-known political parties in order to suspect him of joining a terrorist organization.
Ben Juha added that the accused is inciting against the president on social media sites Facebook and called him a “coup d’etat” and calls for disobedience and protest action on Saturday.
He said he will be referred to the public prosecutor’s office next Monday to make a decision.
