Recall that, the deputy Yassine Ayari was imprisoned in the civil prison of Mornaguia on Friday July 30, 2021, in execution of a judicial sentence, according to the general prosecution of military justice.
The deputy was sentenced to two months in prison by the Military Court of Appeal on December 6, 2018, a sentence that was upheld by a judgment of the Court of Cassation.

He explained to us on Wednesday, September 22, 2009, that the judge responsible for the execution of sentences at the Manouba Court of First Instance accepted the request for conditional release presented by the defense committee.
According to the same source, the prosecution did not appeal the decision, so he was released.
