The Tunisian president Kais Saied said on the evening of Friday the 6th 2021 that all trials of disconcertion wouldn’t perturb us at all criticizing what he has been describing as ridiculous maneuvers and rumors.
The head of state made it clear during the procession of the constitutional oath to the person in charge of managing the Health ministry « Ali Mrabet » we thank the almighty god for the existence of antibiotics in both medicine and law.
The president expressed his confidence that Ali Mrabet would be able to succeed in managing the ministry of health and reminded him of the requirements of the 38th chapter of the constitution which states that health is the right of every human being.
The president also pointed out that many public hospitals don’t meet the minimum condition to preserve human health and stressed that health is a human right and not a commodity in the political and financial market.
The president of the republic: Millions of vaccinations will be available in a short time
The president praised the provision of millions of vaccinations against COVID19 shortly noting that to this day, land, sea and air bridges from friendly and brotherly countries will continue to provide vaccines to Tunisia.
Vaccinations were made available to millions in a record time and all other equipments were also available, including especially oxygen. Many citizens were left in hospital institutions without the minimum amount of oxygen. There were quite a few patients who needed the minimum level of healthcare.
The president denounced the government’s and Hichem Mechichi’s bad management of the epidemic crisis and continued saying: « after months of trading the health of citizens, we thank god for the presence of antbiotics in medicine and the law, and we thank god for the availability of vaccines in hospitals and hospital institutions, and in the text of the constitution to eradicate all kind of viruses especially political ones. »
Kais Saied: never will we move backwards as we are shaping a new history for Tunisia
The president of the republic confirmed today that he will never back down in response to the requests made to him, especially by Ennahda movement, to retract a number of exceptional measures that he approved following his activation of the 80th article of the constitution which he linked to political anti-viral vaccination, the president’s words also carried a reference to « the post- 25th period ».
And he considered that the attempts of confusion won ’t succeed, and he continued saying : « I tell it to history and to those who want to confuse us or imagine that they were confusing us, I say that these attempts never confuse us, and the ridiculous maneuvers and rumors that they publish everyday on social media only increase our determination and steadfastness to move forward and we will never move backwards.
