This morning, a meeting took place between Rached Ghannouchi, the Speaker of Parliament, the President of the Ennahda Movement and Mr. Lotfi Zaitoun, at the request of the latter, and the meeting revolved around his proposal for a meeting between the Speaker of Parliament and the Head of State to discuss the difficult conditions of the country.

The two parties discussed the general situation and political, social and legal issues in Tunisia.
