In a statement issued by the presidency yesterday, Friday, September 10, 2021, and in order to refute all the slander and allegations, the President of the Republic, Kais Saied, stressed during his meetings with all foreign delegations that Tunisia is a sovereign country and the people have their sovereignty, and there is no room for interference in the choices that stem from the popular will.
The statement stressed that the sovereignty of the Tunisian state and the choices of its people were not originally discussed and will not be the subject of negotiations with any party.
The text of the statement clarified that Tunisia does not accept being in the seat of a student who receives lessons and then waits for the mark that will be given to him/her or the note that will be written in his/her score card.
