The official spokesman for the Court of Appeal in Tunis, Habib Torkhani, said ,today, that the General Prosecutor of the Court of Appeal authorized the Public Prosecutor of the Court of First Instance in Tunis to open an investigative research regarding a complaint submitted by the Republican Security Syndicate and the research interest at Tunis Carthage Airport against Seifeddine Makhlouf and Mehdi Zagrouba regarding the “airport incident” that occurred on March 15, 2021.
It should be mentioned taht ,according to the same source, the Public Prosecutor of the “Court of First Instance in Tunis” was authorized by the General Prosecutor of” the Court of Appeal in Tunis” to open an investigation into the complaint submitted by the former member of the Truth and Dignity Commission, Ibtihel Abdellatif, against the chairman of the Arbitration and Reconciliation Committee of the Truth and Dignity Commission, Khaled Krichi , Mabrouk Korchid and Sameh Khamassi regarding the suspicion of discovering fraud in a reconciliation file and concluding an arbitration agreement that Lazhar Sta benefited from.
