Journalist Hamdi Ben Saleh confirmed to JDD Tunisie that he will appear tomorrow before the Public Prosecutor’s Office to make his statements regarding InstaLingo, which opened an investigation by the public prosecutor’s office after the arrival of significant amounts of money from two foreign countries.
Hamdi posted blog posts on his Facebook page that Ennahda leaders, businessmen and political parties were involved in financial support and supervising the intelligence company Anastalengo, he said.
Hamdi added that The Anastalengo file goes beyond the financing of a production company and the management of distorted Facebook pages or coordination with a foreign entity to reach according to some of the recordings and certificates he owns to finance terrorist operations.
Ben Saleh published documents saying they proved the contract of Anastalengo and viral media of Turkey.
The founder of the company explains
Haitham Kahili, founder of InstaLingo, which is listed as a search for the public prosecutor’s office outside Tunisian territory, posted in a blog post on the social networking site that the company’s headquarters had been raided by plainclothes security forces, without any judicial authorization.
The company’s equipment, represented by computers, was detained, he said, adding that all employees of the company were forced to come for three days for dozens of hours at a security agency, to be interrogated without being able to attend a lawyer while seizing their mobile phones.

They will be presented to the public prosecutor’s office on Monday after the expiry of the legal period of retention, Abdel Mawla added that the public prosecutor also authorized the inclusion of three persons in the search, including the owner of the company and his wife who are outside Tunisian territory, and decided to take action in preventing travel against the six suspects.
He explained that no formal charges had been brought against those concerned as it was the prerogative of the Public Prosecutor’s Office based on the record of the research.
He noted that the retention period is 48 hours and the extension is an additional 24 hours to coincide with the weekend.
Journalists’ Union assigns lawyer to defend arrested journalist
On the other hand, the president of the National Union of Tunisian Journalists Mehdi Al-Jalasi confirmed to “JDD Tunisie” in response to the call of the founder of the company Instalingo union to intervene that the latter has nothing to do with the union of journalists and that the subject can only be decided after understanding the reality of the activity of this company and regarding the arrested journalist Added Al-Jalasi that a lawyer was provided for its usefulness to ensure its right to a fair trial and to understand the nature of the file whether it is based on the financial audit of the company or on the media content that Its progress and that the union is following from afar what research and the judiciary will reveal.
