The spokesperson of the Administrative Court, Imad Ghabri, confirmed to jdd Tunisie today, Friday, October 1, 2021, that the first president of the court issued decisions rejecting the demands submitted in an appeal against the precautionary security decisions to place people under house arrest issued by the minister in charge of running the Ministry of the Interior.

According to the same source, appeals against travel ban decisions were more than appeals against decisions of house arrest.

Recall that, the Administrative Court received 10 appeals submitted by former ministers, including Minister Amine Maarouf, and judges, including the former first president of the Court of Appeal, Tayeb Rached, to whom files of financial corruption and former government officials were linked because of their placement under house arrest.
