The military investigation judge issued an arrest warrant for frozen deputy Seifeddine Makhlouf, in what became known as the airport case, on September 27 th 2021, according to a statement to “JDD Tunisie” by Assia Haj Salem.
His defense team, consisting of 30 lawyers, withdrew.
It is worth mentioning that, akhlouf was also imprisoned in connection with another case in which they insulted the military judiciary, and that he will be tried in it on September 30, 2021.
Recall that, on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, the investigating judge at the Military Tribunal issued an arrest warrant against the frozen deputy, lawyer Seifeddine Makhlouf of the al Karama coalition following a complaint filed against him by a magistrate of the Tribunal.
