This evening, on September, 22 th, 2021, the Court of First Instance in Jendouba decided to release the deputy of the frozen parliament, Faycel Tebini, who was sentenced to 8 months in prison with the postponement of the execu, in the case that was filed against him by the former public prosecutor in the Court of First Instance in Jendouba, in which he accused him of defrauding and insulting him through a video uploaded by Tebini.
The latter denied in today’s session, what was attributed to him and indicated that the video was fabricated.
