Ettakatol believes that the principle of a separation of powers is one of the foundations of democracy. It is also imperative to guarantee the return, as soon as possible, to normal functioning of State institutions for a period of 30 days.
And to add that a roadmap drawn up in a participatory framework must be presented in this direction.
In a statement published on Wednesday at the end of the meeting of the national council of the party, Ettakatol considers that the decisions taken by the President of the Republic, despite a broad interpretation of article 80 of the Constitution, constitute a major factor. to put an end to the crisis and corruption.
Ettakatol calls for respect for human rights, freedoms, the rule of law and the independence of the judiciary, insisting on the need to avoid mistakes that can harm the entire process and send a negative message to national and international public opinion.
