Two members of the Free Destourien Party were physically assaulted last Wednesday (June 30) during an ARP plenary session by elected officials Sahbi Smara (outside the group) and Seifeddine Makhlouf (al-Karama bloc). They are Abir Moussi and Wissem Chaari.
The Reform bloc justifies this decision by “indifference” and “blind stubbornness” in trying to “drown the affair of the aggressions” committed last week, in plenary session, and “not to give them importance. that they deserve ”.
And to explain that the members of the group noted, Monday, during the meeting of the bureau of the assembly devoted to the question of the violence perpetrated in plenary session on June 30, indifference and attempts to drown the ‘case.
They also deplore the refusal of the president of the ARP and “his allies” to press charges against the aggressors and to content themselves with a simple declaration condemning the acts of violence.
Meeting earlier, by videoconference and face-to-face, the ARP office decided to impose the most severe disciplinary sanction provided for in the parliamentary rules of procedure against the deputies Sahbi Smara and Seifeddine Makhlouf for having attacked the president of the bloc from the PDL, Abir Moussi.
