Tunisian player Ons Jabeur clinched a historic qualification for the quarterfinals of the Wimbledon tournament after beating Poland’s Iga Świątek (9th in the world) in three sets on Monday 5 July.
After a lost first set (5-7), the Tunisian restarted the machine by completely dominating her opponent (6-1) and (6-1), validating her ticket for the Grand 8 of this tournament, for the first times of his career.
