The President of the Republic, Kais Saïed, indicated, on the occasion of a meeting with executives of the Ministry of the Interior, that poor political decisions dictated by lobbies have led to the spread of the epidemic and to the deterioration of the sanitary situation.
He added that this difficult phase requires a strong and courageous commitment and not confused decisions related to businesses and persons “who looted the riches of the country”.
“The curfew has not delivered any results and this means that the current situation requires realistic decisions,” he said.
